    Absolutely awesome awesome awesome buying experience from Chris the Store manager, Tyler the Samsung rep, Angela another Manager, Rachel during our checkout and Jeff and Jason in the warehouse! Everyone went out of their way to help us find the perfect TV for our basement. They taught us about what to look for and what would be best viewing in the limited space we had down in our basement. Best Buy is absolutely so lucky to have the awesome team they have working for them in their Salem NH store!!! Thank you again for a GREAT buying experience!!!

    I had an Awesome experience at this location. Went in to look around and was curious about the best AI pcs and I was Skooled!! Juan very eagerly helped me immensely and was super informative about the differences in options. This kind of service is rare these days! 💎 I went back the next day for my final purchase and was helped by Chase who was also very helpful & patient with me! Seriously, I’m glad I stopped in to browse. Excited for my order to arrive soon! 💻

    February was the first time I ever shopped at Best Buy. My first purchase was a Toshiba tv. Then I bought a Maytag washer and dryer in March. Yordan was the perfect salesman - very attentive and knowledgeable. He told me about the dryer sale, and I’m so glad I bought it with the washing machine! Jesus was super helpful helping me with the Best Buy Visa application (which I got). Rachel was was also super helpful with me buying the dryer vent, etc. She was so very personable as were Yordan and Jesus. Love that!

    They had what I wanted, but stood there while the only guy in the camera department spent over an hour with a lady trying to convince her to buy a more expensive camera and lense than she wanted. Then when a manager was strolling by, he told an employee to help out, but he went straight to the attractive girl that had just walked over there. So as I stood for another 45 minutes, picking out the several items I wanted, I watched two groups of three employees, one all scrambling to help tbe camera associate complete his sale, and another group all chit chatting, about the attractive young lady. So finally I loudly cleared my throat to have one of the six finally acknowledge me, and ask if I was all set. No, I just like to hang around in random Best Buys. Review #2 , if I could give zero stars, I would. After one of their employees sold me the wrong lense for the camera I paid $600.00 for and the lense @ $499.00. Which he guaranteed was the right lense for the camera I was puchasing. When I went to return it, I was charged a $75.00 restocking fee. I was told there was nothing they could do to refund the money, being that it was an emoloyee that pulled it from a locked cabinet, and again, guaranteed that itvwas the right lense. The supervisor gave me a number to call, which took way to long to get a real person. (Had to call twice) to be told that the store needed to refund the money. Which the agent asked me to go back in the store and said to let her talk to an employee. She said that the store had to refund it and the employee said that the supervisor wasnt around, so she couldn't do it. Now, I have to wait 24-48 hours to see if I will get my money back partially if at all.
