  Stopped in for help with a trade in where my account had the incorrect phone listed as a trade in. Tyler was very helpful and got me to the right department so that the correct phone could be listed. Two weeks prior to this, he was also extremely helpful in addressing trade-ins that were supposed to be delivered to that store and explaining how to handle the one phone that needed to be mailed in.

  Had to go to Verizon twice in the last 4 months. Usually go to the store in Dover which is like a car dealership. Not a fantastic experience. This location with the help of Lilly has been fantastic twice. She makes adding a line and getting a phone so quick and easy. Saves us money and so much time. So polite. She’s a great employee.

  If I could give a 1 star I would. Created a business plan for a company with 4 phones and 2 cameras. Been getting charged for a random phone line and for a phone that was already paid off just needed the service line. They also charge you for the randomest stuff hoping you won’t notice. Go in to try and get some help and get told that the guy who did the business plan got fired so basically we were out of luck and couldn’t talk to the employees about getting this changed and to call a number. Then when you call the numbers you get transferred over and over without any help. Don’t recommend Verizon take your money elsewhere.

  Jonathan helped me activate Apple Watches for my kid’s Christmas gifts. He was pleasant, helpful and provided tips for giving cellular devices as gifts. He even noticed we would need different blocks from those we had for our older phones to charge the watches. Thanks Jonathan!

  I am only rating this store 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and that is for Jonathan. I have been in this store no lie 4 times and two of my interactions were with Jonathan. My first was to see if the store could help me with an upgrade on my phone and an. I was basically met with you can just do all that online at home… So home I went. The next day I went back in to hope I was met with someone else , and I was ( Jonathan) . I had a few questions to ask before I did anything and he answered every question I had. I still was not 100% on what I was going to do and told him I promised to come back the next day. The next day I came back and was met with another person who didn’t want to help me even though I knew then what I wanted. Fast forward to today, I go back in and there is Jonathan. He made something that’s has been very stressful, pretty easy for me…He was very easy to ask a million questions and not making me feel overwhelmed.
