    If I could give a 1 star I would. Created a business plan for a company with 4 phones and 2 cameras. Been getting charged for a random phone line and for a phone that was already paid off just needed the service line. They also charge you for the randomest stuff hoping you won’t notice. Go in to try and get some help and get told that the guy who did the business plan got fired so basically we were out of luck and couldn’t talk to the employees about getting this changed and to call a number. Then when you call the numbers you get transferred over and over without any help. Don’t recommend Verizon take your money elsewhere.

    Jonathan helped me activate Apple Watches for my kid’s Christmas gifts. He was pleasant, helpful and provided tips for giving cellular devices as gifts. He even noticed we would need different blocks from those we had for our older phones to charge the watches. Thanks Jonathan!

    I am only rating this store 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and that is for Jonathan. I have been in this store no lie 4 times and two of my interactions were with Jonathan. My first was to see if the store could help me with an upgrade on my phone and an. I was basically met with you can just do all that online at home… So home I went. The next day I went back in to hope I was met with someone else , and I was ( Jonathan) . I had a few questions to ask before I did anything and he answered every question I had. I still was not 100% on what I was going to do and told him I promised to come back the next day. The next day I came back and was met with another person who didn’t want to help me even though I knew then what I wanted. Fast forward to today, I go back in and there is Jonathan. He made something that’s has been very stressful, pretty easy for me…He was very easy to ask a million questions and not making me feel overwhelmed.

    I want to give a huge shoutout to Benjamin, the assistant manager at the Rochester Verizon store. I had a complicated issue after ordering four lines online and porting three numbers from Xfinity Mobile — my new Verizon phone kept showing the numbers as Xfinity lines. I spent hours with Verizon’s online chat and even went to another store, but no one could figure out what was wrong. When I came to the Rochester location, Benjamin was the first person who truly took the time to help. He patiently dug into the problem, made multiple phone calls with different Verizon support teams, and walked me through everything step by step. He never rushed me, never passed me off, and genuinely cared about fixing the issue. Thanks to his persistence and professionalism, the problem was finally resolved. After such a frustrating experience everywhere else, Benjamin absolutely turned the day around. If you need someone knowledgeable, patient, and committed to getting things right, ask for Benjamin. He’s outstanding!

    Stopped in today for two reasons: First, I needed what is called a “Transfer Pin” which I was having trouble with on the app; because I am finally leaving Verizon after being a customer for 15 years. Second, my phone SIM card stopped working entirely yesterday rendering my phone useless unless connected to WiFi. Upon walking into the store and explaining the transfer pin thing to the associate who greeted me, she immediately became dismissive saying “ya you need to call customer service,” and turning away. So before I got the chance to ask about my SIM card issue, she was done with me. (I also couldn’t call customer service due to the SIM card issue.) Thankfully, right across the street is an AT&T store! The friendly associate there helped me sign up for my plan, and to my surprise, used the Verizon app to reset my SIM card which brought my phone back to life. She helped me access the transfer pin I needed to complete the process! They offer far better and cheaper plans, which is a bonus because my Verizon service has gotten noticeably worse over the years. I’ve been a lifelong NH resident, all my friends with AT&T have way better service everywhere. The AT&T store associate fixed my Verizon phone minutes after the Verizon employee couldn’t be bothered to answer my questions. Thank you to the associate at this store for reaffirming my decision to leave Verizon! Your in person service mirrors your diminishing cell service! Thank you more to the AT&T store across the street for all your professional help!
