    Ethan did a fabulous job at making me feel welcome. His professional attitude was breathtaking. He explained all options to me, clear and courteous.     I had an odd issue and called over to this Verizon location and Logan answered. He was friendly and said he could help. When I arrived he finished with his client and was happy to help my Dad get his phone transferred from a flip phone to my used Samsung S23. After some miscommunication on my part, he was able to get my Dad from 1990 to 2025. Thank you Logan, you are an asset to the business. Certain customer service can not be taught, you are one of the lucky ones that was born with them. Happy Holidays! If anyone is in need of a new office or wants to switch service go see Logan.
