Bought my phone from a different company store, but this store was able to transfer all my data to my new phone easily, I did have to pay a fee. The company store should have done this before I left the building. Ultimately this store was able to fix everything, and also give me an iPad, that should have been recommended, when I bought a new device, through the 2 for 1 special deal through Verizon.
