The FCC forced them to refund over $456 including interest. A second complaint has been filed with regards to predatory billing practices. Along the lines as the first complaint. Verizon’s customer service has lied , mislead and in my opinion deceived their customers . They continue to use deceptive and predatory tactics . Avoid Verizon wireless at all cost or you will regret it. The Wireless Zone responded by placing the issues with Verizon Corp. Even though it was this location that caused the problems. I have made two attempts to call the Wireless Zone’s Corp location. But Amanda never returned my communications.
