  I had to unexpectedly get a new phone and, honestly, I was dreading the whole process. From the moment I walked into the Raymond Verizon Wireless store, all three representatives working that day, Thatcher, Joe, and Alex, were incredibly kind and welcoming. I was there for over three hours, not because of them, but because my old phone decided to make things difficult. Thatcher was the one who primarily helped me with the data transfer, and he stayed patient, calm, and determined the entire time to make sure everything transferred properly. Not once did I feel rushed or like I was a burden. Alex and Joe were just as wonderful, engaging, friendly, and part of the great conversation that made the wait fly by. They were entertaining, professional, and truly made what I thought would be a stressful experience feel easy and seamless. I’m always nervous about getting a new phone, but they made the process extremely simple and reassuring. I genuinely appreciate their professionalism, patience, and kindness. Excellent customer service all around! Thanks guys!

  Joe helped my son out with getting the new iPhone 17 Pro, and he was a huge help. Not only did he get us the best plan and deal possible, but he was funny and entertaining while doing so. If you need a new phone or help with anything, head over to Verizon and ask for Joe... he is the man!

  The whole family got new phones, and Alex made the entire process super quick and easy! He was able to answer any questions we had and was very polite and honest. This store offers a great experience and we will be returning!

  The whole store (Alex, Chase, Joe, and Thatcher) were extremely helpful and friendly during the long process that was transferring my old phone to my new one. All were very professional and transparent, even when the store was busy and there were disgruntled customers to help in between answering my questions. I noticed during my wait, even the customers that came in upset left feeling heard and helped to the best of the staff’s abilities.

  Joe was a rock star! I came in on a Sunday because my phone broke. The place was extremely busy and because someone went home sick, he was alone. Joe was calm and composed and helped everyone as quickly as possible. Joe was extremely thorough and helpful. Stop in and see Joe for excellent customer service!
