- JJJacobAug 5, 20253.0I’ve been a loyal client at VCA for over a decade, and during this time, I’ve always appreciated the care and attention my dogs have received. However, I am incredibly disappointed with our recent experience. Despite being enrolled in the monthly careclub plan that guarantees free visits, I was told that they could not see my dog for a health concern and instead recommended we go to a pet urgent care facility. This is not the level of service I’ve come to expect after more than 10 years of loyalty. The whole point of the careclub plan is for prompt, accessible care for our pets, and to be sent somewhere else with no options for care at the clinic is extremely frustrating. I understand that staffing issues can arise, but when you've built a long-standing relationship with a veterinary clinic, I believe there should be a higher level of care and accountability. I truly hope this situation is addressed so that other long-term clients don’t experience the same frustration. I’m left questioning the value of continuing with this practice after so many years.

I will be taking my beardie here when she needs a Dr visit
