  Jamison was very helpful, kind, patient and knowledgeable. I worked with Sarah for three hours the night before and she was still unable to set up my new phone. Jamison was successful in a few minutes. I was so relieved.

  So sick of being jerked around and gaslit by Verizon. Every time I add or upgrade a device, there is a billing issue. After visiting this location and adding a line and phone for my daughter, this resulted in a billing issue of a charge of over $500 to my bill!! It has been two weeks of me texting AND going into the physical store and STILL no resolution!! After being a Verizon customer for over 20 years, this is the last straw for me, and I’m going over to T-Mobile, where I will end up saving over $3,500 over the five years.

  We worked with Tigran to switch our Verizon service to our new iPhone 17. He was VERY courteous, patient, and knowledgeable with us. We could not have had a better experience than we had with Tigran!

  Shawn ( not sure how he spells his name) was absolutely FANTASTIC!! He stayed late to make sure my boyfriend and I were taken care of, and he came in on his day off to help me. He was kind and patient, and did a great job at making us feel comfortable. This store is great but he is even better!

  I’ve dealt with Trevor the last two years on my 16 Pro max and now my 17 Pro max. Absolutely nothing but good things to say about him and the service I received both times! Will most definitely be buying from him in the future and I highly recommend others do as well!
