I've been a client for at least two decades. I've enjoyed all of the doctor's and technicians - they all work hard and put their hearts into taking care of our fur babies. However, I will say that Dr. Guerino stands out the most. I know he's their Medical Director and has a lot of experience, but being exceptional takes more than knowledge and experience. It takes a special person whose employees regard highly and clients trust fully. I want to also say that I highly recommend the VCA's Care Club program for anyone with pets that have chronic illness. We tried Trupanion and it was a flop / fight - that caused more trauma than it was worth. However, Care Club has saved us a ton of money and allows me to know that we can afford / budget for the care my beloved cat needs. DO NOT decline this coverage, you will not regret it! I truly love the whole team at the VCA, but I want to call attention to two special technicians - Mike and Laine. You both have something special, Mike - my cats just love you, you understand how to make them comfortable and you're a great guy. Laine - you are a great communicator and you helped teach me how to administer meds to my cat - which would've otherwise been an impossible task. I'm so grateful for the love and care your whole team provides to me and all of my Rainbow Bridge fur babies. God bless you all.....it take special people to do the work you do!

I’ve been a loyal client at VCA for over a decade, and during this time, I’ve always appreciated the care and attention my dogs have received. However, I am incredibly disappointed with our recent experience. Despite being enrolled in the monthly careclub plan that guarantees free visits, I was told that they could not see my dog for a health concern and instead recommended we go to a pet urgent care facility. This is not the level of service I’ve come to expect after more than 10 years of loyalty. The whole point of the careclub plan is for prompt, accessible care for our pets, and to be sent somewhere else with no options for care at the clinic is extremely frustrating. I understand that staffing issues can arise, but when you've built a long-standing relationship with a veterinary clinic, I believe there should be a higher level of care and accountability. I truly hope this situation is addressed so that other long-term clients don’t experience the same frustration. I’m left questioning the value of continuing with this practice after so many years.

I went to this place (with quite a few warnings, may I add, to not go there because they would overcharge) with hopes to resolve my issue with my lizard who had a difficult time breathing. VCA Animal Medical Center claims they can do work on reptiles. The impression I was given says this is false. My bearded dragon was freezing... even I was. They didn't even recognize what a silkback (silkie) was! I was charged 150 for blood work and they were going to charge me another 150 for xrays. I left 221 shorter because the EXAM that basically said "we have no idea" also cost 75.. no answers just question. I called a different Vet Clinic who were much more reputable than this place and they told me the grand total for it all would be 150 including xrays blood work and the visit itself. Taking care of my animals at home would probably be more beneficial than going here.
