I was trying to get my wife’s line onto my account and there was an error. So for 3+ days and at least 2 hours on the phone each time with customer service getting different answers every time and saying they would call us back and never did. Ronnie was able to help us tremendously. I wish Verizon would allow the workers at the stores to handle these situations as they have all the Verizon knowledge. Ronnie was very knowledgeable, patient with us and helped us in every way he could!
