- SSSylviaFeb 13, 20261.0Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The phone I received had issues from day one — constant echoing on calls and performance problems. I manage a busy dental practice in Boston and work 12-hour days, and my patients repeatedly complained about the echo when I called them. It was clear something was wrong. I called multiple times and was told I could only deal with one specific employee Ronnie, who was never there. When I showed up in person, I was told no one else had the “credentials” to help me. I never made an appointment, despite being told I had. When I returned, they showed me a replacement order in the system — which I documented — but instead of resolving the issue professionally, I was treated dismissively and spoken down to. Even the manager lacked empathy. I am a loyal Verizon customer of 15 years. I should not have to beg for help or repeat my story to multiple people just to fix a defective phone. Ashley also mentioned Ronnie does absolutely nothing. I went in and spoke to Lucid and he couldn't help. This has been an exhausting and horrible customer service experience. Completely unacceptable experience.
