    Always has been one of the best Verizon stores I’ve gone to over the years. Giana went out of her way with exceptional customer service. I’ll definitely be back very soon when I upgrade.

    The spot is well put together and has a wide selection of phones however the service leaves a much to be desired. I walked in having completed a purchase in advance over the phone and, despite informing the reps it would only take me a minute to confirm my identity and pick up my order they insisted on making me wait 15 minutes. I understand helping customers on the order they come in but it took, quite literally, 5 seconds for the rep to check my id and compare it to the name on the order but rather than take the time they insisted on standing silently next to their existing customers as they quietly deliberated amongst themselves what to purchase or fill out forms. Dave yourself the time and effort and just handle upgrading/buying a new phone through the app. Saves time and you don’t have to deal with ham handed upsell attempts.

    I went into this location and worked with Steve! I would 10/10 recommend visiting this location for good service. Steve was resourceful, easy to work with, and very fair. No one I would rather work with.
