I went in because apple set up an appointment to help with resetting/ restoring my iPhone I was assured by geek squad all my emails , pictures, messages would be there as I did in fact have back up and restore enabled. I have a court case coming up and all documents, emails etc were never recovered or restored. They apparently don’t have qualified workers to assist with technical support let alone trained in customer service and or hospitality.. If you want to be screwed with no lube or happy ending by all means bring your electronics to Best Buy of newington and allow geek Squad to screw you over literally oh and did I mention I had to pay to be screwed over!

Could not reach anyone by phone and did not recieve a call to notify. Would never use again. Horrible customer service. Rescheduled my geeksquad appointment to all kinds of apologies from Best Buy and Geek Squad. Took another 8 hour day off work and guess what??? Nobody showed up again. This is truly unbelievable. When Best Buy starts closing stores.........and they will, putting thousands of people out of a job. This will be why. I will never shop Best Buy again or use the geek squad service. Wost ever. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. DONT SHOP HERE>
