- JHjames haydenDec 3, 20211.0Worst customer care i have ever experienced. I bought a tv and it was delivered damaged. Called customer care and they bounced me around for 3 hours until a manager hung up on me mid conversation. I went into the store to set up a new delivery date and they came an hour early when i was not home so they couldn't deliver the new TV. I called dispatch later that day and they said delivery will occur the following day. Called back the next day to confirm the time and they said they didnt have one scheduled. Now back to square one. This company is a joke and i do not recommend getting anything from them.

Could not reach anyone by phone and did not recieve a call to notify. Would never use again. Horrible customer service. Rescheduled my geeksquad appointment to all kinds of apologies from Best Buy and Geek Squad. Took another 8 hour day off work and guess what??? Nobody showed up again. This is truly unbelievable. When Best Buy starts closing stores.........and they will, putting thousands of people out of a job. This will be why. I will never shop Best Buy again or use the geek squad service. Wost ever. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. DONT SHOP HERE>
