  Don't buy online. They advertise a box, of 96 count of K cups( Green Mountain French Roast) and send 24 count. Listing posted, for days. No point of contact, to easily report an find a solution. Refuse return in store.

  I will never order from these idiots again. I placed a normal $150 order, free shipping, no big deal. Best Buy decides to send it to me via Door Dash. First it's a day later than promised and he guy shows up at my house at 10pm at night! Seriously Best Buy who forces door dash on someone placing an order. I will never be buying from Best Buy again. As an FYI I called the driver at 10:30pm and told him not to come. He checked and said he had NO package for me and that it must be coming another day despite it saying today with his name. Drive arrived at 11:50PM, 10 minutes before midnight. That's fine for ordering pizza not for a Best Buy order for a small electronic item. Clown show

  Electronics store have many options. Help here can vary. Some of the displays are overwhelming like tvs. You really can't put one against the other cause they are all facing different directions. Sometimes best to do your research elsewhere and then look to see if they have it

  I placed an order online for an open box in store pick up. Order was confirmed and said it would be ready in an hour. My drive was an hour so it was perfect. I arrived at the store early to look around and check on the order not rushing the staff. They said it wasn’t ready yet. So I left the store and 5 minutes later I received a notification that my order was canceled. I could not re-order the item and customer service does absolutely nothing to help, provides unclear answers and just ends my chat when I push for the reason for cancellation and if the store has it. In person store was even less help and did not know what to tell me other than the order was cancelled. I even signed up for their worthless credit card to do it. Next time I’ll just pay more and wait rather than deal with this archaic place.

  so dissappointed in the customer service that I got from Alex at the front desk was lied to about an appointment to have a remote start installed in my car on 12/4 tech called in sick I drove 1 hour to the store only to find out that it couldn't be done that day reschedule for 12/10 drove back to store another 1 hour drive only to find out they never put me on schedule and that my parts were no longer in store asked to see a store manager and another sales person came over saying he was the supervisorfor the store no help stay away from this store too many GAMES
