  I recently ordered a laptop and Best Buy canceled it on their end. When I tried to resolve the issue and repurchase the laptop for the original on sale price the manager whose name is Ryan gave me a hard time and would not help resolve the situation. I called Best Buy support and they said that the store manager would resolve The order and make it the on sale price. I even told the manager that and he didn’t care. Don’t bring your business here.

  The worst customer service company in the world. No response from anyone. Promises made and broken just as quick. I will never do business with any Best buy store again. The Store in Newington, New Hampshire is one of the worst. no customer service at all. Not even common courtesy. the agents on the phone from some south asian country told me to go to the store to solve my problem.Then she hung up on me. Been there and done that. Service Order # 0535-250210-97177 Purchased 07/25/2025 Check in Agent: SAM Fix it, Replace it, or better yet, Give me my money back.

  It's been over 2 months and BB has taken my payment and not provided the product and services I purchased. I get nowhere with customer service as the system is broken. No response or help from anyone. They've essentially stolen from me. Worst customer experience ever.

  I bought a new TV on Christmas Eve and the salesperson lied to me in order to get me to sign up for a Best Buy credit card. They explained to me that I would get a credit on my Best Buy credit card statement equal to 20% off the purchase price of the TV. Sounded like a pretty good deal. Imagine my surprise when I got the bill and there was no credit. I called them and was informed it's not a statement credit. You basically get "Best Buy Bucks" you can spend on future purchases. I'm an engineer. I am not stupid. I asked a lot of questions about this "deal". They absolutely told me it would be credited back to my balance. This is the second high end TV I have bought from Best Buy ($2000+). It will also be the last.

  STAY AWAY ALL 1 star reviews are truthful. Worst experience EVER. Lost my key, didn't finish putting in an 800$ car starter, put in half way and way pushed off to another store after waiting 2 months for this appointment. They left a lose hanging wire over my steering wheel, didn't tell and it was no obvious because I was so upset with the store for not doing the job and losing the actual key that came with mine and not teplacing by saying the can't verify it.....yes they can the are best electronics and they said the cameras are 2 grainy to be able to see the key are you kidding THIS IS BEST BUY HERE! I ended up leaving the store with no solution and a stolen more expensive key than the little piece of crap starter key they gave me. I want my 5 button key that came with my system and my car right. Now I have only two weeks to return the system and it's half installed. I also called Best Buy four different stores and their corporate line got bounced around from Guatemala to Miami to New Hampshire and couldn't get one person on the phone that could help rectify anything or reschedule an appointment for me to have it taken out or this situation rectified nobody wanted to help. I have had and given Best Buy several chances now and this is the last one. Don't do it You will be sorry. I also tipped the guy before I realized what a bad job he did then we were driving home about halfway home the steering wheel let loose they did not in the chaos of everything they did not put the moldings back on my car and they ruined the tilt on my steering wheel and left a loose wire hanging across the steering wheel hidden and now my car is broken and I can't get a single person on the phone in the follow-up appointment couldn't be kept because there was a blizzard and of course nobody answers the phone and when I mean nobody answers the phone the customer service center will tell you no we're like in another country and say no the stores don't answer That's absolutely insane. Where did the good work from Best Buy go Best Buy used to be the place to go. This place is going to close that is a fact. People are not going to keep returning here. I'm going to make it my mission that this is rectified I will update my review when it is. They want me to contact them after responding to my review I am not contacting them they have all my information and they were supposed to contact me that day by the end of the business day they did not after keeping me at their store for over four and a half hours with a child. An hour away from home. I swear the good reviews have to be people that work there! Heed my warning I'm sure it's going to be a fight with them and they're not going to acknowledge what they've done. But I'm willing to take it all the way.
