    I cannot say enough positive things about the staff at Verizon Pheasant Lane Mall, especially Andrew. We went in to upgrade 2 phones on our account, and ran into a ton of technical issues. Over 2 days, Andrew and the team spent about 10 hours with us getting through the issues (spending much of the time on the phone with several tech support staff), and we were finally able to upgrade our phones and reconnect our watches to our account. The amount of frustration we all felt was palpable but they handled themselves with immense professionalism, patience, and did everything they possibly could to help us resolve the issues and make sure we were satisfied customers. Aside from this, they seem to be just overall wonderful humans. I’m not sure I’ve had such a positive experience when faced with issues like this. We will never go to another Verizon store as long as we maintain Verizon’s service and I cannot recommend Andrew and the team enough.

    I just had an amazing experience at the Verizon store at the Pheasant Lane Mall. I had the pleasure of working with Tom who was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Tom was able to answer all of my questions. I was actually considering of switching carriers, but after talking with Tom, I realize that Verizon is the best choice for me. Tom helped me navigate the different options of purchasing an additional iPhone too. I genuinely can’t say enough good things about Tom. Verizon is fortunate to have an employee like Tom on their team!

    My recent experience with Tom at this store has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. What should have been a straightforward trade-in turned into months of confusion, incorrect billing, and stress. I later discovered that an additional line had been added to my account during the transaction—something I did not authorize or request. This made my bill increase by over $1,000 across the past few months. I spoke with five different agents trying to understand why my charges were so high, and it wasn’t until recently that I finally got clarity. The way my account was set up at the store made it appear as if I still had the device I had actually traded in and returned, which created all the issues I’ve been dealing with. Thankfully, Marilyn from Verizon Customer Service was finally able to help me get to the bottom of everything and work toward a solution. Her support was the one positive part of this experience. Based on what I went through, I personally cannot recommend this store. My experience did not match what I was promised, and it caused months of unnecessary hassle and stress.

    Sarah assisted me with updating all three of my phones today. Merely rating her a 5 seems like an injustice - she seriously was a 10!!! Everyone knows that updating three phones takes some time. Thus I was able to see Sarah not only dealt with multiple customers concurrently but also with pickups (without mentioning a word) as well as deliveries. Yes she was the only one working in the morning. There is much much more but I hope that the general idea has been made. Of course I completely forgot her technical knowledge - as an engineer myself to see her discuss details of 5G networks with a customer who thought it was his iPhone 16 was incredible. Suffice to say, if the world of customer facing people were as good as Sarah we would all be so much happier!
