Sarah went out of her way to make sure we got the best possible price on our plan and helped us save way more than we expected. she walked us through all the options, didn’t pressure us at all, and made the whole process crazy easy. honestly one of the best customer service experiences we’ve had anywhere. if you’re going to Verizon, ask for Sarah — she’ll take care of you.

The employees at this TCC Verizon location accused me of being rude for asking their Maneger contact information, yelled that I’m “not even a Verizon customer,” and kicked me out — while I was literally holding the phone I bought from them. I’ve been with Verizon for years, and this was beyond unprofessional. This was one of the most frustrating and humiliating experiences I’ve ever had with a company I’ve been a loyal customer for years. Verizon should really review how this location treats its customers.
