He got us a new IPhone 16 and a IPad A16 for free. He lowered our bill significantly. We also got the internet package to try out and loved it, we have canceled out Xfinity account. We had to go in a couple times to get numbers put on a phone and tablet and Hannah helped with this. She also helped with splitting up 2 phone/tablet combos. Both Were patient and answered a lot of questions.
