    Sub-par experience. 3 stars because it’s an Apple Store and they are usually better than most stores. Now compared to other Apple stores, this one is on the lower end. Customer Service sucks and even when there is not a lot of customers there, they are not able to navigate and help customers. If you inquire or ask about sending some to help on a purchase, they may even get snappy with you like you’re being impatient and to just wait until someone is available. No one never comes by the way or even acknowledges you. In summary, If you have to go because it’s most convenient to you, then go but be prepared for possible subpar experience from staff.

    They are very rude with me When I said I wait to purchase two iPhones 17 pro max and asked to transfer the data they refused Also the manger there told the agents not to help me Iam not recommended at all Very rude manger and staff

    I had such a good experience at Apple because of Sophia. I don’t know much about tech and honestly never planned on buying Apple products, but she made everything feel so easy and not overwhelming at all. She was super friendly, explained things in a way I could actually understand, and gave really helpful recommendations, especially around AppleCare. She helped me find exactly what I needed, and the whole process was seamless. She truly changed my perspective on Apple, and I’m so glad she was the one who helped me.

During my visits, I also interacted with several other employees, which helped me understand why some reviews mention staff coming across as impatient or unhelpful.
