    I was there for returning the device, the store manger was too rude that she can’t return it’s over the 14 days window but the the device is malfunctioning and has a manufacturer defect, the. She started laughing over me I felt so bad at that time, then on the same day I went another store they gave me the my money back and return the device, apple is not up to there service especially the employees of pheasant lane are too arrogant and rude they don’t know how to behave with customers, I also filled the complaint with apple customer relations no response yet….

    The staff are very helpful and patient. I traded in my phone and Rayssa was very helpful! she walked me through how to transfer everything from my old phone to my new phone

    On October 1 at 2:04pm Customer support Debbie was very rude to the questions I asked, especially because I addressed the questions to her trainee and not her; which according to her made her feel ignored. I had no idea who was the trainee or the expert. There is no distinction at first sight. I even apologized for that.

    I drove about 30 min to go to this location with a same day appointment. When I arrived, waited 5-10 min for someone to check me in. They said they were behind schedule, so then I waited 15-20 more min for a technician to look at my phone (I was there to have the battery replaced). The technician went through the whole spiel with me, and finished by saying that the repair would take 2.5 HOURS. I agreed to wait, and spent that time wandering about the mall, killing time. When I returned to the store, the employee had problems checking me in again, and I was asked to wait for someone to come out with my phone. When an employee brought me my phone, they explained that they couldn't do the battery replacement because they had no way to open the phone, as my screws were stripped. I wasn't charged, but it was such a waste of time waiting for the result to be absolutely nothing. Hesitant to get my phone fixed at an Apple Store now.
