  Always impressed by the friendly staff and the wide selection of electronics! It's my go-to spot for anything tech-related, and I appreciate how knowledgeable everyone is. Just wish they had a bit more variety in some of the accessories!

  My family and I have been buying things from Best Buy for a long time even after the advent of Amazon. I recently purchased a computer mount for $35. Well, I understand that their return policy states 15 days (which is ridiculous in and of itself.) but I had left on a business trip and tried to install it when I came back. That’s when I realized the mount would not work for what I wanted. On 4/17, which was only 17 days later I went to go return it at which point I was told we can’t return this even with a penalty or restocking fee. This was absolute ridiculous to me while I understand I would not get full price, there was nothing wrong with the mount. I don’t want it at my house so I ended up leaving it there for free which was probably a dumb idea, but it was out of sheer frustration. Best Buy has lost me and my family has a customer over a $35 return. I will be using Amazon from now on because their return policy and frankly their customer service is much better.

  Scalpers. Beware of this store. The employees clearly have their own sketchy dealings going on. I called customer service before driving over 40 minutes just to make sure they had Pokémon cards in stock since I needed them as a gift. I was told they had plenty and was even given details on availability. I get there, and a teenager at the counter immediately tells me they don’t have any and haven’t received any. Meanwhile, there are freshly opened Pokémon cards sitting right next to him on the employee counter. It appeared they were opening cards themselves. When I call him out, he gives a weak excuse about someone trading them in. Mind you you can’t trade in cards… I ask him to ask his manager if they had them in stock. You can’t tell he is nervous. Starts walking around and then suddenly decides to check with staff. Over the walkie, they confirm they do have them and will be stocking them “any minute.” He tells me to come back in 30 min to an hour and that they’ll be up front. I come back 30 minutes later, and now it’s him and another teenager, he said they still don’t have any. The second guy sitting down on a stool gave off a fake explanation with an attitude. Completely different story again. And now the first teen says they don’t have any even though he told me 30 minutes ago they did. I understand Pokémon cards are in high demand, but don’t lie straight to customers’ faces when it’s obvious what’s going on. This honestly feels like they’re holding product back for themselves, their friends, or to resell. I could only imagine what other items they are backdooring. Total waste of time and extremely unprofessional.
