    It was amazing the lady that helped me was kind quick and knew her stuff and quite frankly I think she deserves a raise. The service was phenomenal!

    Bad experience: went in to help my mother upgrade her phone. All went well until her new Z Flip7 became defective, one week later, while she was visiting family far from home. She went to 3 locations hoping that they could help with her device. She got a run around at every turn. Finally she was told she needed to go back to the store that sold her the phone. I could not assist her the second time she went back to submit an insurance claim for $99. Supposedly she sat down with a young man there who insisted she must have damaged the phone despite there being not even the slightest mark on it, and it never being dropped. He was supposed to have filed an insurance claim for her but a week passed and she wasn't charged $99 and she didn't receive a replacement. The 3rd time she visited i was with her. My mother wanted to know if a claim had been filed but they couldnt access the information they had submitted from their own systems and wanted to use my phone to login to her account. But this time my mother had been without a phone for 2 weeks and I just wanted to switch her over to my family plan at AT&T and get her started with a new phone asap. The discussion about the phone being defective came up again, at which time the Verizon rep insisted that the phone was damaged and not defective. I told him it's ridiculous that they can't access the claim they had filed for us, tell us when the phone would be delivered, or tell us if a claim had been filed or not without lofgging in to her account from my phone. I told them we just wanted to return the phone at which time they basically said we dont take damaged phones. I told them we are switching carriers and they said go ahead. So I put my mom on my plan and immediately submitted a repair request with samsung at which time I sent the phone in to be repaired, which was still covered under warranty. Samsung repaired the DEFECTIVE phone but there was a delay because they were waiting on delivery of a part. My 30 day period to return the phone was coming to its end so we went to verizon corporate and made sure they knew our situation, at which time they were very helpful and didn't stop until we had noted the details of our case with a manager and had a shipping label sent to our email. Since we switched her number to a new carrier before we returned the phone to Verizon we could no longer log into her account on a web browser. A week later she got billed $283 but we can't get the invoice because we can't access her account without calling customer support or going back to corporate. To be clear I have no problems with corporate Verizon. Only this particular location. I feel like they treated my elderly mother with incredible disrespect insisting she was at fault for the defective device and not filing an insurance claim when whe was under the impression that's what they were doing. I hope for their sake I never need to go into that store again. And I hope the let that fool go, he is bad for business.
