I had zero access to any of my accounts, including my phone number, which made it extremely difficult to buy a new phone. She not only helped me to pick out the best new phone for me, but lead with a positive attitude the whole time. It was a great interaction as I navigated through the stressful process. She was extremely personable and I felt very satisfied with her helping me. 10/10 for Alix, 10/10 for this Apple Store for hiring her. I’d give her all my Apple business if I could!

Got to store, spoke to two customer service representatives…assured them that it was for me and I wanted yo purchase it for personal use to further online education classes. They denied me and would not agree to do the transaction. I said thank you and walked out of the store. This is not the first time I have had trouble with Apple Store…different situation, but same results. Never patronizing this store again.

They plugged it in and then someone took it into the back to 'open it up' and then came out 10 minutes later and told me it was dead. They gave me a few expensive options, then I left. A few weeks later an IT person at my mom's work offered to take a look at it and was able to replace some parts and fix it in about an hour... Now I know better not to come here trust an Apple "genius".

I was getting discouraged about my phone getting fixed and he was able to see I had a limited warranty after some difficulties and got me a new phone! All the employees were very nice!
