    I recently went to the local store as I have been a loyal customer and repeatedly customer with my wife for about 15 years. I went to check on what my options were to purchase a new phone for my brother who lives in a brain injury facility. I met Tina the manager whom I have dealt with in most if not all my previous visits and/or purchase. She in turn sent me to Isaac whom I assume is a customer service representative. We came up with a plan and I was satisfied with it, now the problem begins! It became very apparent that this gentleman felt put out he had to spend so much time with this purchase and getting my old phone transferred over to a new customer; my brother and setting up my new phone. After well over 2 hours and his many contacts with an outside service for help in doing so, I could see his frustration and seemed to hurry through the remainder of the setup.(which I paid a $40. Setup fee), he handed me the phone in a hurried manner telling me to check everything, which I assumed was set and ready to go believing his professional abilities. I got home and checked things that were in fact not Corey, erasing passwords, this has caused a huge hardship for me as I cannot access some of the apps and accounts that were left on my phone . So needless to say not being knowledgeable in how to setup these issues, I went back to the same store to ask for help in doing so. As I entered the store I saw Tina the manager and a representative named Erin asked how she could help, I told her the whole situation and she went immediately into a defensive mode. She said “ I know Issac and he would have made sure it was all ok before I left”. Which obviously wasn’t the case so she asked a bunch of questions about my account and she was unsuccessful in fixing the issue, telling me “you need to get ahold of Microsoft and see if they can fix it handed me back my phone and that was that. I have tried unsuccessfully to do this , I can’t even access my Verizon account as I don’t have the previous password and can’t change to a new one as it won’t workout for me . I’m a 70 year old man and I don’t do frustration well but I need things back to the way they were or I may have to reconsider my current accounts. If you have a solution, please respond back to me (if you can get through to me) .
