Staff is always very helpful, they facilitated a very positive experience switching from our previous provider of 20+ years. Recently, I lost my phone to a very destructive accident. We initially called to see what our options were, and from that point Cait B handled our issues from seeing what functional state the phone is in, to looking out our options for replacement, walking us through that process, and then assisting us with getting the new phone setup. Cait was very patient and supportive, incredibly helpful, and provided numerous resources for us the entire time.
