He walked thru every possible step to fix my issue, 2 hours later no resolution but got me through to Verizon to get a free replacement under warranty and also helped me with long standing billing issue. Thanks James!!

Went to another verizon store, he says when you flip the switch the volume goes all the way down and needs to be adjusted. All set now.
