James and Jordan were fantastic to work with when upgrading my phone! James was very knowledgeable and took the time to help me understand how the trade in promo worked and what my bill would like. When I left during the transfer process and came back, James had momentarily stepped out, but Jordan didn’t hesitate to assist me during this time (while managing several other customers) and was also very helpful when we had to restart my transfer process. They were both so kind and I highly recommend working with either one of them!! Thank you again for all the help - I will gladly make the 50ish minute drive to come here instead of the one that is 10 minutes from my house!

I went in to get help looking at phones and plans as a new customer, the guy, only one in there, acted like he didn't even want to help me. After waiting for like a half an hour, he yells across the room "Did you have a quick question?" I explained I was a new customer and needed help. He said, again from across the room while he was with another customer, if I wanted to port my number I would have to come back with a code, and they are only good for 24 hours. I got up and left. What a waste of time. What happened to service?? And the lady he was helping was a 19 year Verizon customer and was "not getting good service" and I overheard him calling in to corporate saying he wanted to keep her a happy customer, and was trying to get her a booster or something with someone on the phone, but she seemed ready to leave too.

I traded in a phone at the store two months ago that I was told it’s Worth $1000 and I only owed $200 on it and the new iPhone was $1000 so they would take the $200 balance and split it over 36 months which I agreed and purchased the phone. I later found out that they actually take the $800 value and credit me over the next 36 months so if I try to trade in this phone or cancel I owe the $1,000 balance so I lost the entire value of that phone. I paid three years for. I was not only told by the store when I purchased the phone I would only pay the $200 balance over 36 months. I was also told by Customer Service when I noticed that they had not credited me.. today I attempted to contact Customer Service as well as go back into the store and basically told I signed a contract. It doesn’t matter what I was told verbally and they try to make me out as if I was lying about it. I’ll never use the store again And I’ll never recommend the store to others as I have been for the last five years. And if the store sees this post and wants to put a response, I take full responsibility for signing the contract. I’m not saying I didn’t sign the contract. What I’m saying is you guys are liars?

Libby is the go to person! She greeted as soon as we walked in the door! She was so friendly and patient! Although there were other people waiting for their turn, she took the time to explain things in a way that we could understand. She explained all of the deals available to us clearly. Again extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly!
Thanks so very much Libby.
