  I gave a 3 because I was left in the exam room for 20 mins after the vet saw me, and I went out front Abc was told they would check. Then a nurse with black hair and glasses told me ya, I could go, like I was stupid, come to find out I was correct, the vet told me to wait because they were giving me a price list for spaying. Everyone else was kind and professional.

  We came to this vet after having not great experiences at a vet closer to us. The VCA was recommended by a friend so I decided to try it out even though it's a little far for us. We drive 30 minutes each way to come here because they are that good! They are extremely communicative, which was the issue we had at our former vet. They provide updates regularly by text and/or call, and they go above and beyond to do check ins after appointments as well to follow up on care. It can be a little pricey, but what isn't these days, and I find the service worth the cost. I'm grateful to have such an awesome team of people taking care of my cat.

  This is an amazing vet. It’s the only vet I will ever send my animals too. They are super quick to get appointments in. The staff is unbelievably nice and patient. We unfortunately lost our dog unexpectedly and they sent us a sympathy card with his paw print and nose prints. I have never had a vet do that for me. It was the kindest thing that could have happened to us during this rough time. I highly recommend the Laconia VCA

  I have nothing but amazing things to say about the people here. There are no words to express my gratitude and love for each one of the staff members. They have gone above and beyond for my little Flappy for the past five years that they truly have become family. They did everything and more they could for Flaps from the moment we stepped foot into the office. Dr. Soucy will never understand how much he did for not only flaps, but for me. I’ve never been to a vet where I was comfortable, listened to, and truly cared for. Flappy loved Dr. Soucy and (nurse) Kelly. Kelly treated flaps as if he was her own. There wasn’t a fight going to the vet, because he knew he was safe there. Flappy, up until his last day was loved. He was comfortable. He lived the life he did because of the people here. They never gave up on our sweet boy. That’s more than I could have asked for from a vet. All I can say is thank you. If anyone is contemplating going to the VCA Laconia, just go. You won’t regret it.
