We unfortunately lost our dog unexpectedly and they sent us a sympathy card with his paw print and nose prints. I have never had a vet do that for me. It was the kindest thing that could have happened to us during this rough time. I highly recommend the Laconia VCA

They have gone above and beyond for my little Flappy for the past five years that they truly have become family. They did everything and more they could for Flaps from the moment we stepped foot into the office. Dr. Soucy will never understand how much he did for not only flaps, but for me. I’ve never been to a vet where I was comfortable, listened to, and truly cared for. Flappy loved Dr. Soucy and (nurse) Kelly. Kelly treated flaps as if he was her own. There wasn’t a fight going to the vet, because he knew he was safe there. Flappy, up until his last day was loved. He was comfortable. He lived the life he did because of the people here. They never gave up on our sweet boy. That’s more than I could have asked for from a vet. All I can say is thank you. If anyone is contemplating going to the VCA Laconia, just go. You won’t regret it.

Which isn’t only my experience but today my daughter went in and was treated the same way I have been. This is unfortunate because the doctors and their assistants are fabulous! I’ve spent a lot of money over the past two years but unfortunately if things don’t change I will go back to my old vet. It’s not hard to smile and be pleasant when people are patronizing a business that you work for. Such a shame. Hopefully things improve at the front desk.
