I haven't used their emergency services, only their orthopedic surgery. my dog had a CCL/ACL rupture, & both her primary vet & the urgent care we'd used for the initial x-rays recommended this place as one of three orthopedic surgery locations that they recommended, & this place was able to give me the earliest date that we could do both a consult & surgery on the same day, which reduced the number of times I had to take my injured dog in & out of a car. my dog is a 55 lb, 13-year-old Staffordshire terrier ("pit bull"), & the entire procedure, including medications to take home, was about $6,200, & the quote that gave me up front pretty much exactly matched the final bill, which was great. the surgery was one week ago, & she's doing well. as far as I can tell, the surgery team did a very good job, all that's left is me following through with the physical therapy properly. her evaluation was at 8:30am, they had her in surgery by 10:30, & I was able to pick her up at 4:30pm the same day.

I woke up with my cat incredibly sick. I didn't think she was going to make it and was inconsolable. The entire staff treated me with such grace, empathy and respect, they held my baby as gently and with as much care as I did and their number one priority was to make sure she was comfortable and figure out how to help her. Within a couple hours they had figured out what was wrong with her and a treatment plan. I cannot emphasize how much these people are dedicated to making sure our furry babies are healthy. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Thank you caves <3

Absolutely the worst I’ve ever experienced in my life.Brought our dog Harley in at 8:00am today. He was throwing up pure blood nonstop all over their waiting room.6 hours later they still haven’t even seen him.Put us in a exam room for another 2.5 hours and still throwing up blood and said he’s not critical enough to be seen before a dog with a fractured leg. Finally pulled him out and we’re now in the Manchester Emergency Vet.It’s all about the money to this place,no communication whatsoever with any doctor and no compassion.Stay away they absolutely suck

TLDR; Don’t go here after 6 P.M. Staff is rude and very disrespectful accompanied by passive aggressive hostility. Morning staff was incredibly wonderful and deserve recognition. Arrived a little after 6 pm on Friday because my puppy had been throwing up and continuously making this swallowing and gagging sound. I got concerned because it had been going on for about an hour with no signs of stopping. The lady at the front desk was genuine and polite as she checked us in and proceeded to put us in quarantine under the fear of kennel cough. For the next 3 and half hours we sat in this room alone waiting, and waiting, and waiting. At that time I ask the front desk what’s up. Shortly after; an attending came in and gave me the nasty gram of she can’t continue to stop by every room and tell them that they’re doing their best, and it’s a Friday night so it’s going to be busy. I ended up leaving just before 11 because I had another dog at home to take care of. We went unseen; untreated; and quite frankly with a bad taste in my mouth. Edit: I was able to bring Jasper back in the morning as I was still concerned about his symptoms. The change in the way we were treated and taken care of was more stark than that of day and night. The morning staff was incredibly polite and friendly *greeting us both before making all the through the door* and getting us checked into a room; letting us know a guesstimate for seeing the dogtor and made us feel comforted and cared for. Within 45 minutes we got checked in; examined; explained possible reasons and how to fix or eliminate them; and a treat for him as we got out of the building.
