Because I live 145 miles away I couldn’t just drop in. So I try calling. Verizon doesn’t let you call stores directly. Their “customer service” reps hijack you. After 4 days, countless hours, and a dozen folks, I went to a store closer to me. I bought the phone. I wish I had waited to drive the 145 miles to deal with Mike. Today I walked in the store. My phone was stuck on magnifying. Mike fixed it in under 10 seconds. Mike is why I stuck with Verizon. They are lucky to have him representing their brand.
