    Mike is awesome. A few months ago he sold my wife a phone. There were no offers for my flip4 Samsung yet so I waited. A few weeks later one came out. Because I live 145 miles away I couldn’t just drop in. So I try calling. Verizon doesn’t let you call stores directly. Their “customer service” reps hijack you. After 4 days, countless hours, and a dozen folks, I went to a store closer to me. I bought the phone. I wish I had waited to drive the 145 miles to deal with Mike. Today I walked in the store. My phone was stuck on magnifying. Mike fixed it in under 10 seconds. Mike is why I stuck with Verizon. They are lucky to have him representing their brand.

    The experience we shared today was second to none a truly outstanding moment in our lives I can't remember having a nicer time with a more charming and charismatic person to help us out switching providers. We were made to feel like family. Thank you so much Laura you changed our lives and we want to take you on a European vacation with us all expenses paid.
