My kitten broke a tooth and needed vaccinations and a specialist appointment for dental, they got us in to be seen quickly and appointment was easy to make. Staff was friendly, professional and accommodating and they made her comfortable at her very first vet appointment. Pet insurance was explained well and encouraged. Will be returning for continuing care.
Great doctors but why is my doxycycline 100mg cost me 7 dollors without insurance but you charge me 30 or 40 for my dog?

Their billing system is extremely confusing. Their quotes are only good for 30 days but don't have openings for months unless you're put on a cancellation list. There's no communication between staff, vets, techs whomever about what the pet needs. They make you feel like a terrible owner when you can't afford something right then and there. It's over 2k for the operation, I'm sorry let me just go pick the money tree outside for that.
I'm grateful I was given the minimal time to save for my dogs tooth extraction but after that debacle and rudeness both I and my mother endured from them, I will not be going back and neither will my dog.

Save your time and money by choosing another vet (not this one) from the start!! VCA will try to sell you everything under the sun, not treat your pet beyond basic information which can be found free online, and be unresponsive after they take your money. It's the same as going to a human Dr that shoves every prescription down your throat without ever fixing the real problem. We brought our cat to 1 appointment here and will not go back!! VCA somehow missed diagnosing PANCREATITIS from the bloodwork, which was immediately diagnosed by bloodwork at Veterinary Emergency Clinic of Manchester. VCA had no problem prescribing a medication for kidney failure based on the CHANCE of kidney issues from cat's bloodwork. Meanwhile, no plan to address the pancreatitis.
It really doesn't matter who your fur babies have for a doctor or assistant, they will be kind to them regardless. Definitely join the CareClub. You'll save tremendously.
Thanks guys!
