- MJM J4 days ago5.0My parents have been bringing their dogs to VCA DW for 25+ years so it was a no brainer for me to register my dog, Frank, as a patient here once we moved back to the area. We are part of the CareClub, which is a great way to control your veterinary costs (I’d still recommend having pet insurance on top of that as CareClub is for preventative care, office visits, vaccines, etc) I do agree with some reviews that a few years ago (around Covid) appointments were booked weeks out, but since then VCA has added at least three more vets to their staff and I have gotten same-day appointments whenever I need them. I find the team extremely thorough and looking out for our animals best interests. Frank also had his neuter done here, and it went flawlessly.

I have two kittens who needed some tlc after I adopted them from an out of state shelter. We addressed the issues and concerns promptly and now they are thriving. I will be taking these cats for future needed visits to this office for sure!
