- KKKat5 days ago1.0I bought the new iPhone 17 pro max when they had the sale in September that they’ll pay my phone off to trade in a new phone. They didn’t have the phone in store so had to order it which took a month. Well when it came they couldn’t get the deal to work and wanted me to pay my old phone off. I said absolutely not as I ordered the phone DURING that promotion. They promised to keep the promotion on my account and that I WOULD not have to pay it off. She also promised that my phone plan would be cheaper than what i was paying. I was paying $221 a month. Well my October bill came and it was $350 and I knew that was some charges from fees of switching. No biggie, WELL My November bill comes and it’s $450!!! I’m being charged for my old phone buy out and extra fees that makes my phone plan MORE!! I can’t get ahold of the store employees themselves so I’m stuck talking to India people whom can’t help me!!! I knew I’d be scammed!! I even told the girl I felt I’d be scammed and she said that would not happen

I was supposed to get a rebate on 7/5/25 but customer service screwed it up and I had to resubmit and now have to wait another 8+ weeks, which I am betting I don't get and will have to call back in. Not to mention I added a line and got my multiple line discount taken away and had to call to have it corrected. I just keep getting told they will handle it but I will not believe that until I see it!
