  I got a phone during a promotion period they had. They promised me there were no hidden contracts of anything of the sort and that my monthly bill would only be around 50$ ish a month. Tell me why my bill was ranging around 90$! I went in to tell the worker that i was told it was going to be in the 50s and she told me that they had no plan that low, and if I chose to break the contact I would owe them the price of the phone I was given. I told her that I was lied to by one of her workers and she did not seem to care. I have been dealing with their shitty customer service robot trying to get ahold of a real person considering I do not live in York anymore. They will tell you anything to get your business.
