I ordered a new phone & number transfer from my current carrier 2/27 or 28. They sent an email requesting old carrier's account number. I sent it. Next day Cricket cancelled my order. I reordered online, again submitted previous account number. Same thing. So I called. Spoke with someone who said she would put the order in for me. & I would have new phone in 24hrs. Nope. Called again, held 25 minutes got a rep. I asked for supervisor. Held 45mind & was told they would call back. Someone did call from warrenty dept. No idea why I was transferred to him. He checked warehouse for me, order not received. Got a 3rd email that my order was cancelled.

I have recently bought my iPhone 13 pro max from this store and this phone is amazing I have been with a different provider before I switched to cricket and cricket’s service is amazing the employee Yanria help out so much getting my phone set up and the manager Nicole was so helpful they were all so nice I am so satisfied with help I had from everyone there.
