On 11/7 needed backup restored to my phone waited 30mins. Spoke to rep for 5mins. That was 0 help. Said I needed to go to a computer store to fix my phone because they weren't allowed to help download my contacts!! Went to the corporate store on Cornhusker Sunday. Matt was great had me up and running in 10min! Those retail stores are all about & selling you a $1k+ phone!!

The single most horrible experience I have ever had and it was all because of the manager. The workers tried to help a couple of times and she stopped them actually was mean to one of them and me. I traded my phone in for a 17 pro and was told that I can go and exchange it with in 30 days. I gone there 3 times trying to exchange my phone and she always would find a way to kick me out and give me their 1800 number to call. They are nice till they get ur money and then you are on ur own no costumer service. I was on the phone for hours and no solution. I wouldn’t this store and o think the manager should not be in charge of anything let alone of the whole store.

I was sold Verizon home from this store, the promotion was for the NFL Sunday ticket with the Plan I was signed up for. The promotion was never put on my account and I was told to go back to the store. They were also not able to help and when talking to the manager Samantha Johnson she was extremely rude, condescending, unhelpful and extremely unprofessional. Use another store if you need to talk to someone in person.
