This store is worthless... nobody can ever help you do anything and you always get sent away to make a call on the phone. We were told to cancel the phone that you have to call *611 and this is a corporate store so when I called into customer service I was told that was not true and they could have helped.
The warranty processes now with apple and extended warranties are also a bunch or crap.. its verizon insurance and you can't get a replacement until you make an appointment at apple and drive to village point for them to make sure they can't fix the issue. Then they look at my phone and tell me it can be fixed for over $500 which I say no thank you I have a free replacement with my verizon insurance but for some reason they had to waste my time here also!
I am so over this place. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I can't even describe how bad Verizon customer service is. They only sell sell sell. I am not sure how the people in this place even have jobs to be quite honest. Verizon should just get rid of all brick and mortar stores if nobody in them can do anything other than hand you a new phone.

Overall, not a great experience but I'm finally walking away satisfied. There was a promotion | took advantage of where I was able to trade in my old phone and get a new one. There was some issues with the new phone and with the account, causing me to go without a phone for a week and go into the store several times to get things fixed. I understand, things happen and we're all at the mercy of technology. Several of the employees were extremely helpful throughout the process, especially Jose. If the GM is reading this, please know that Jose has been exceptional every time. He really cares and goes out of his way to help.
Alternatively, I felt belittled and disrespected by Adam, one of the store managers. He refused to acknowledge the problem and offered no solutions. Moreover, he was condescending and continued to deflect all of my questions. I can't believe he was promoted to manager with the interpersonal skills he demonstrated. He made an already frustrating situation so much worse. For other customers reading this, I'll pass this message along from Adam: they don't work there to help customers or be customer service, they're only there to sell. (This only came from Adam - other employees were VERY helpful).
3 out of 5 stars because in the end things worked out, but not without a lot of issues.
