Lyman-Richey Sand and Gravel began as the Lyman Sand Company, which was established in 1884. In that year, the company started excavating sand from the Kaw River in Lawrence, KS, using a clamshell and delivering it by horse and wagon. In 1892, the company moved to Nebraska where it has been based ever since. Our expansion and innovation continue today. Our companies provide construction materials for projects in Nebraska, South Dakota, Iowa, and Colorado with state-of-the-art production methods and delivery equipment.

- TPTanner PowellAug 11, 20231.0This company is awful. We paid another company to lay a concrete pad for us. That company was responsible for paying for the concrete. With absolutely no notice whatsoever Darlene Korisko the Credit Manager here placed a lien on our home. Correct, we were never contacted about this at all and have yet to hear from Darlene. We are preparing to litigate. I highly recommend staying away from Lyman-Richey.
