The issue was enough that I was ready to no longer be a Verizon customer. I decided to go into the store to speak with someone face to face and was lucky enough to get to deal with Nick N. at the store at 132nd and Dodge St. He went above and beyond and provided exceptional customer service to provide me with the best possible resolution to a very bad scenario. Verizon should thank him for being the kind of employee that cares enough about their customers to try to help as much as possible. The 5-Star review is hands down for the service provided by Nick. Thank you for all of your help. It was very appreciated!
