Ivanna was supposed to help me today. Instead she made an already frustrating situation worse with her poor customer service. Luckily, I called Verizon support and got someone who was actually helpful and looked into what was going on, unlike the employee at this store.

During a busy time Bre (unsure of spelling) also jumped in to help me and was also very helpful and sweet. I really enjoyed seeing the teamwork which adds to a good atmosphere. I hope Verizon management sees this and gives them kudos 😊
