I've been a Verizon member literally since the company started. Going into this Verizon location feels like going into the proverbial car dealership. There's no customer service, there's just upselling. Waited, waited for service.... listen to some blowhard guy employee talk about how he'd had a trophy award that was supposed to be given monthly on his nightstand for 6 months... There to get a new phone only to have them try to change our non Verizon business plan. You can't get customer service there. We had an international monthly plan add-on of $10 a month. We asked him to remove and even that wasn't taken care of. We left and went and bought the phone outright from Samsung. Don't go into this store!!

Decent service, but the technician that helped me gave me the worst vibes. He had the longest fingernails I have ever seen on a male, and they were disgusting and full of dirt and there was zero part of me that wanted him touching my phone.

Worst experience ever. Waited 30-45 min each time I stopped in before ever getting helped or acknowledged. They upsold me on multiple things I didn't want. Conflicting quotes btwn sales reps. Bobby crumbled my paper quote in my face!!! Richard signed me up for home internet without my permission! Tim was the only decent, honest rep there. Horrible staff, will NEVER go back!!!

Its like some Dave Chappelle episode in this store 🤣 The customer service is like the Kinkos episode. I wouldn't be so angered by how shitty of a store this is if it weren't so damned funny.

Holy smokes, did I have a bad experience at this Verizon location. Salesy, salesy, salesy.
I went into buy a new phone replacing an old one. I knew exactly the model that I wanted. After 30 minutes of very clearly and very directly, letting the associate know that I was not interested in Verizon home Internet, changing my plan, looking at bundled services for streaming, etc., etc., the associate still brought out pricing that included all of those things.
Finally, I asked, “can you just sell me the phone that I want and nothing else?“ they refused to do so without asking several more questions.
Finally, when they brought a price quote, it included all of the upgrades that I had declined. AND it was not the phone model I had asked for.
At that point, they let me know that the Faughn model I had asked for was not currently in stock at that location and that since Verizon does not ship phones on the weekend that I would probably be looking at Thursday before I could receive the model that I wanted. At this point, I said thank you very much and walked out.
I went to the Apple Store and paid cash for my new phone in six minutes. I will do my very best to avoid the Verizon store experience in the future.
