    ​I am writing this with absolute heartbreak and fury. If I could give zero stars, I would. ​I went into this store to trade in my old phone for a new one. I explicitly relied on the representative to help me transfer my data, as that is part of the service they are supposed to provide. Instead of ensuring my data was safe, the employee factory reset my old phone before confirming that the backup was complete or that the transfer to the new device had finished. ​In a split second, due to sheer incompetence and carelessness, I lost everything. Years of photos, text threads with loved ones that I can never get back, notes, and memories—all gone. ​There was no apology that could fix this. They rushed the process and skipped the most critical step: checking that the customer's data is safe. ​To anyone reading this: Do not let these people touch your phone until you have backed it up yourself at home. They are reckless, untrained, and do not care about your personal data. I walked in for a phone upgrade and walked out having lost priceless memories I can never replace. Avoid this store at all costs. Update: This store has not answered the phone even after I called them 5 times.

    Really, really, really poor service. Technician was uninformed. Manager was rude to both the technician and to us. She grabbed the tablet out of the technician's hand and mumbled, "They will need to call customer service." Couldn't get us out the door fast enough so they could lock the door 5 minutes before closing, even though we arrived 30 minutes before closing. Can't separate from Verizon fast enough.

    I've been a Verizon member literally since the company started. Going into this Verizon location feels like going into the proverbial car dealership. There's no customer service, there's just upselling. Waited, waited for service.... listen to some blowhard guy employee talk about how he'd had a trophy award that was supposed to be given monthly on his nightstand for 6 months... There to get a new phone only to have them try to change our non Verizon business plan. You can't get customer service there. We had an international monthly plan add-on of $10 a month. We asked him to remove and even that wasn't taken care of. We left and went and bought the phone outright from Samsung. Don't go into this store!!
