    I have had Verizon service for about two years and I have had nothing but horrible service from them one of the worst cell phone companies I have ever had. My video calls are always dropped because bad service I can’t watch videos without the video freezing or unavailable due to service and they never answer the phones when you need help or got a problem with something you have to sit on hold for more than 25mins.

    Unfortunately my experience wasn’t the best as the worker who helped us upgrade and start a new plan was careless when transferring my old phone data to my new phone and now I’ve lost the entire last year of photos and there’s no way to get them back. I just went on my first international trip a few weeks ago and now all of my photos are gone forever. Additionally, we were told to come in to switch my phone number from my old plan to the new plan and when I went in, the man at the front hardly let me get in the door without telling me “it’s just a phone number you call” and that’s all the help I received. No information on what to have ready, what i’d need to get it transferred, etc. and now my number STILL is not transferred because there has been issues with the website, errors, invalid codes, etc. when it could’ve been done with the help of an employee and taken care of within minutes as i was specifically told to come in for someone to help us do it. I’m very disappointed and upset about not only losing my photos but also the quality of service and lack of actual help. I’ve never had an issue with loss of photos or any data when I’ve transferred my old phone to a new phone when I do it myself at home.

    I wouldn’t recommend this location at all. Don’t bother making an appointment, it’s completely pointless. You’ll still sit around for an hour while the staff pretends time isn’t real. One employee even had the nerve to tell us, “next time check in and you won’t have to wait”… despite the fact that we did check in. To make matters worse, the person who “helped” us couldn’t have cared less. Completely unhelpful, zero initiative, and absolutely no interest in finding a solution. All I wanted to do was upgrade early, which, as I later found out, could’ve been done by simply paying off the $100 balance. Instead, I got vague, lazy responses and no actual guidance. Save yourself the time and frustration. Go literally anywhere else.

    Bought my last 3 phones direct from Samsung. This purchased over a week ago is a Verizon phone. No Visual Voicemail even though I signed up for it. I have an open ticket for this issue. Even going through My Verizon and trying to add the service whether the premium or free version generates an error message.

    The staff is completely incompetent and rude. We spent 30 minutes waiting the first time while a girl named Celeste, who claims to be a manager, sat there and did not offer to help us. The man that did eventually help us spent a half an hour “unlocking our phones“. We then drove another 20 minutes to AT&T and spent 30 minutes with them just to find out our phones were not in fact unlocked. When we returned to the Verizon store to speak with the manager, Celeste, she began raising her voice at my wife and telling us it’s not her job to wait on the phone to help us figure out the problem because it’s not part of her position. She was not only extremely rude but unhelpful, condescending, and straight up disrespectful. We are switching services to AT&T and I hope corporate sees this complaint so they can make appropriate changes so no one else has the same terrible experience we had.
