    Trash customer service at the store the other day. Wait an hour and a half to talk with someone just to tell us we have to call a phone number. Verizon as a whole has become overwhelmed with to much customers service is trash. They messed up the process and it's a whole mess. I got reps telling me this is all there fault too yet nothing will come of it. You can't ever talk to the same person. The wait is over an hour and a half and then the phone call was an hour half plus too. when there is a line they don't care they still take their break. Just highly disappointed in the whole situation and services. I got one rep telling me this should have been a 10 minute process while 24 hours later we're still trying to get it squared away.

    I had the best experience at this Verizon. Zayy was amazing. I came in to have my info transferred from my old phone to a new one. I had previously been told I would have to pay $40 for this service. He told me that was not correct. So right off the bat he saved me $40. I also wanted to get my bill lowered. He seemed to work magic and got my bill down $30. And a bonus my next bill would only be $25. Amazing. He is a true asset. He didn't rush me even with the store being quite busy. I really appreciated that as well. Because of him I actually decided to stay with Verizon because I was contemplating changing to T-Mobile. He was able to retain me as a customer. Every experience/employee should be like this.

    If I could have given a zero I would have done. Someone in your store is dishonest. I live in Idaho and somebody in your store approved an iPhone and earbuds for somebody that walked in off the street which I can't believe because you did not check ID so it had to be one of your employees so I'm just letting you know that this is going to be investigated and whoever works in your store that did this or even allowed it to happen will not be happy

    I would like to thank Celeste and Jackson. I have been struggling with a bill from Verizon for six months. I called Verizon ten times, and each time, it took me two hours to talk with customer service representatives who had heavy accents. My issue was never resolved until I finally went to the store and met Celeste and Jackson. They did an amazing job and stayed on the call for over an hour until they solved my issue. They are truly remarkable, and I highly recommend them!
