Then, they said it wasn’t ready for pick up. He then said to wait for an email. He checked the app to see if it was ready for pick up every day. No luck. He then received an email saying the order was canceled because he failed to pick it up on 11-26-25. How could he pick it up if it wasn’t available according to Verizon? The “free iPhone 17 promotion” was over the same day. Coincidence? Period
