    We went in today to get a new phone. We have a warranty on it, a lady helped us. She said we needed to file a claim, handed us her phone to do the claim then just walked away. We finished the claim and sat and waited on her to come back when she started helping another customer. We sat for 25 minutes not being helped again. She continued to ignore us when she walked by so we finally had to get her attention ourselves. We asked her if we could get helped again, she then tells us that we can’t get a phone in store and that we have to get the phone shipped instead. Well that would’ve been nice to know half an hour ago. She was no help and it’s very frustrating she didn’t have any sort of awareness when it came to customer service. We had to redo the claim and fill out the shipping portion and a guy helped us with that part. He was very helpful. wish we would’ve just got him from the get go instead of wasting our time not getting helped.

    I went to a different Verizon store and I was so frustrated when I left that I was considering choosing a new cell phone provider. The staff at this location was incredibly helpful and friendly. They were knowledgeable and I was greeted immediately. I was given clear information and they took care of the issue I was having. I will definitely choose this location the next time I need something!
