Horrible company, horrible customer Service, it is virtually impossible to talk anyone live and when u finally get someone live after an hour they say nothing but sorry nothing we can do, Verizon lets u make a promise to pay then turns ur phone off anyways, I recommend any other service then Verizon. DO NOT USE VERIZON AT ALL COST!

Long wait time only to be told to call customer service which is automated to resolve issues. I had called customer service before ever going to the store. Automated service does not help I wanted a person. Kinda wish I hadn't left my old cellular provider for Verizon.

Worker Aaron and the younger kid with a mullet and boots absolutely rude. They were all sitting at a table talking shit about their customers as I’m sitting right across from them. They rolled their eyes at me when I came in 30 min before close. I understand it was close to closing hours but there is absolutely no reason to be talking about me as a group and rolling their eyes or talking bad about other customers for everyone to hear. Kid with the mullet was super short with me, gave him clear instructions on why I was there and still gave me attitude not understanding that all I wanted was a new phone. Said he wouldn’t set it up cause it was close to closing. This entire store needs retraining. Go to the location in Aksarben with Nick instead. Super nice guy and patient and validated everything I said. I had to drive all the way to his location for him to finish helping me with my new phone since mullet kid wouldn’t do anything.

Just got new pixel phone, unlocked, for Verizon account. So disappointed in the increased difficulty in closing ads. Long history with Verizon. Will be looking elsewhere to stop needing to listen to long, endlessly annoying adds. I pay enough for service without paying for hours of ads that drain battery

My husband was told to pick up his free iphone 17 from the Village Point Store in Omaha on 11-21-25. We already have service with them. Then, they said it wasn’t ready for pick up. He then said to wait for an email. He checked the app to see if it was ready for pick up every day. No luck. He then received an email saying the order was canceled because he failed to pick it up on 11-26-25. How could he pick it up if it wasn’t available according to Verizon? The “free iPhone 17 promotion” was over the same day. Coincidence? Period
