    After being treated horribly at the bellevue location, then to be told they couldn't help at the 76th and dodge location we decided to try 1 more location on 72nd and pacific. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. Austin got us taken care of quickly and efficiently with no issues. Not sure why the other locations had such problems. After 17 years of being with this company we were about to go elsewhere for service. Staff like Austin is who you need at all locations. He saved you from loosing a customer.

    We arrived at 10:00 am to purchase new phones. We waited till10:26 and nobody was there to open the store. What has ever happened to Verizons service?

    Nothing felt professional about the staff here. I went in 2 different days because the first day the 1 person working acted like the didn’t have time for us. The second time in they gave us all sorts of weird hand written quotes on scratch pieces of paper. That didn’t turn out to be anywhere near the actual bill I pay. They walked us through the switch over process for 1 line that came from AT&T and was being bought out. They said we would get a prepaid debit card of $344.76 in the mail after the first or second bill. Never came. I reached out to Verizon through their customer support and it turns out they never included the rebate with the line purchase. AVOID THIS PLACE AND GO TO THE DODGE LOCATION Edit: my sales person was Dan H on May 7 2025. I called Verizon support and was sent around to different departments over and over again. The Verizon support will not reimburse me for this mistake from this Victra Verizon store. Get everything in writing if you go here Edit x2: I emailed their email they responded with and haven't heard back yet. I'll update the review if things change

    I never write reviews but I felt as if this one was warranted. I am extremely disappointed by the customer service (or lack there of) at this location. The workers could not care less about the clients and just want to make a sale. They aren't honest about available products to the point that I had to report it directly to Verizon for an investigation. The racial profiling is also quite disturbing. I went in for an question about a product I had purchased earlier and the worker would not get off their phone to acknowledge me and spoke through me while scrolling through their phone the whole time. He wouldn't help me with the product because "he wasn't the one who made the sale". They also do not follow their own contract terms, for example the 30 days accessories return & exchange date is not honored and the require you to pay to exchange accessories. I would go through the trouble of going to another location perhaps an actual Verizon headquarter one, stay away from this place it is extremely predatory. I have yet to hear from management.

    Sales agent either was completely incompetent or lied to my sister and myself over the phone. Called back to correct the issue and the customer service agent upgraded the plan to more expensive plan without authorization. Sales agent suggested when upgrading phones that the new plan was both cheaper and came with mobile hotspot (when asked directly about hotspot). Activated plan without hotspot, and then upgraded plan to one with hotspot at an additional $30/mo. without authorization.
