I had an issue that was complex to resolve…Joseph was awesome in getting me taken care of. Positive attitude and eager to help get me out the door happy. AJ was also very helpful! Overall, very very impressed with my experience at this store as a result!

Went into this location yesterday to turn in my phone & get help w/my upgrade as I was directed to, on the app & due to it being 5min from me. Didn’t catch either of the workers names but what a weird, unprofessional, unhelpful experience! First the guy asks me why I’m doing such (odd question) & I tell him I was told to online & that I also needed help getting my screen protector on.. that all sort of set him off. He tells me I should be getting a shipping label in the mail & I have to mail it back. I tell him no.. it literally says to bring my phone in & yal will take care of it, & that it literally says no shipping label or qr code required. He then proceeds to say he can’t help w/ the protector bc he isn’t good at it but he’ll try & the guy next to him says “you don’t know how to put a protector on? That one’s easy” The guy “helping” me says he does but not the one I brought in & then goes on & on about it so I say well can u help me then bc I paid $60 for it & don’t want it ruined, to the other guy working, who says “ya I got u”. Then I stood there for about 30min while the guy “helping” me complains about my phone not switching over & how this happens w/older phones, very dramatic & unprofessional..rude really.. he was also sort of rude to another customer in there asking about deals.. his new phone .. activation fees etc. ….I had a 13 upgrading to a 17. I then ask him to call someone for help to which he says “those tech guys are liars & don’t know anything” He then tells me I have to go way out of my way to the Apple Store for help bc he can’t help. Neither guy working helped put my screen protector on either. I get out to apple, tell them everything to which their shocked by the lack of service I was provided & helped me w/in 5min!! All the guy at this Verizon location had to do to fully connect my service, was disable my find me & sign me into my apple account … literally took 5min at apple & I was good to go!!! The guy at Verizon didn’t even try that or to help at all really! He didn’t know how to do his job he is paid for & thats incredible to me! And him trying to tell me I have to ship it back was totally wrong like I tried telling him.. went to a different Verizon location today and they took my old phone from me to mail back.. like he was supposed to do at this location & I also told them about my experience yesterday to which they were also shocked, apologized a lot & offered a credit on my account which I didn’t take, I just wanted to be heard bc this honestly was crazy to me! Never will be back to this location.. he needs retained big time!

Terrible customer service, employees are more worried about watching their YouTube videos instead of helping customers. Employee did not listen and had to repeat questions multiple times because he was more worried about his YouTube video. He was also very condescending and didn’t even know Verizon’s promotions. The employees name was Justin. Based on other reviews he’s the one causing issues for this store.

I meant to write this days ago, but I visited this location to potentially discuss an upgrade. I walked in and was greeted by a rep. Painted nails earrings cant remember his name. He was helpful at first but during the process he became very frustrated insanely loud and just didnt want to explain anything. Then he proceeded to have a attitude with everything I asked, he didn't want time to explain anything. He just wanted me to spend money. The worst part was the unprofessional comments he was making. I have no idea if they were directedat me or someone else. But if I had just waited 15 mins to work with the other rep I would have had a much better experience and not been uncomfortablyscreamed at. Working with him was torture. But what was the absolute worst was when he couldn't stop shaking like he was coming down from some drugs. Didn't seem like he really cared about work or the customer. I was just his paycheck. I want to go back and talk to the manager and return everything as I'm not happy with what he sold me I should have just walked away or spoke up and waited for the other rep who made the transaction seem fun as him and the customer we talking joking having fun while I was sitting there questioning why am I doing this. I will return to return my phone and get what I should have gotten originally, and will only work with the other rep. Young black guy, i believe his name was Joe. He was awesome to listen to. I can't even image how fun he would have been to work with. If a manager sees this please know I will return to acquire your number and talk about the rep with painted nails.
