- TBTaylor BeamanJan 4, 20261.0I brought a pair of head phones in to be fixed on November 6th of 2025 due to only one side of them working. They said they would run a diagnostic and be in touch once it was done to discuss the issue, price and further action. Two weeks went by without a word so I called and they say they've already started repairs, about a month later I call to check the progress since they still hadn’t given me a single update. When I call they say I told them the wrong side of the headphones and so they worked on the wrong side that whole time and just started with the actually broken side. I would think the whole point of the diagnostic I paid for would help locate the issue but apparently not since they wanna say I told them the wrong side. Anyways its now January 3rd, I still have yet to hear anything about them. I called twice today no answer, emailed awhile back no answer. Im at a point where I don't even care if they are fixed I just want them back with me and away from that place. Two months in counting to fix a pair of headphones is crazy, i'm glad I didn't trust them with something like my phone or laptop.

When I called IFixOmaha, I was told to bring it right in. The problem wasn’t fixable so IFixOmaha replaced my iPad with a better model with more memory. I can not recommend IFixOmaha more - they are knowledgeable, professional while still being personable, honest and ethical. Thank you guys!!

I got my first repair over a week late. On the most recent repair, I was told the total was for both the parts needed and for the labor. Went to pick up my device and was told there was a balance for the labor. Ended up paying another $107 on top of a $615 balance when I was told otherwise. Very shady way to treat customers and get your money.
