Very shady way to treat customers and get your money.

I spoke with them on the phone the day before I picked it up, they said the repair they needed to do would be $55 and if it was ok for them to go ahead with the repair. I said that's fine and the next morning when I went to pick it up, I asked what was done and they said the same process that they explained to me on the phone. I figured since it was the same process that they explained to me the cost would be the same so I paid without not much in mind. Later when I got home I was looking at the receipt and I was charged $128.40, I called them and they said the person who I talked to was busy helping another customer and that I would get a call/text back. That was on October 7th, I still haven't gotten a call back from them.
