    My family member calls you guys all of the time. I mean ALL OF THE TIME. She has "problems" with her phone with people "scamming" her and whatnot. Thank you for helping her every single time. She said that you guys are so nice when My hubby and I went over to also look at her phone and see if we can help. All is well, keep up the good work and keep those older ladies happy.

    A Disappointing Totaltech Experience While I have found the Geek Squad employees to be professional and helpful, my overall experience with Best Buy's services has been deeply disappointing. As a Totaltech member, I expected a smooth process, but that was far from the case. My frustration stems from a series of issues related to a phone replacement: Misleading Replacement Policy: At the time of sale, multiple associates assured me that if anything happened to the phone, I would receive a brand new device in its original manufacturer packaging. This was a key factor in my decision to purchase the monthly insurance and the Totaltech membership. When I needed a replacement, I was only given two options: leave the phone to wait for new parts or pay an additional $100 for an "express replacement" with a refurbished device. I was essentially being charged new phone prices for a used product, which directly contradicted the promises made to me. Poor Communication and Service: I was sent on a wild goose chase between the Village Pointe and 75th Street locations. The staff at one store misdirected me to the other, only for the second store to tell me I should have gone back to the first. Unprofessional Staff: On a previous visit, a manager laughed at me for expecting a brand new device after a replacement. It was a humiliating experience that made me feel foolish and devalued. No Repair or Loaner: I was not even offered a loaner phone while waiting for parts, making the first option inconvenient. After experiencing this kind of service and then seeing how a competitor like T-Mobile treats its customers, I've decided I'm done shopping at bestbuy, I could of purchased a certified refurbished device from Amazon at a lower cost, with less stress and and zero humiliation. Edit, I believe the s23 ultra had a major flaw in the way the screen was constructed making them suspectable to cracking, based on the shortage of replacement glass and countless reviews only proves my hypothesis on the matter. Only thing i miss is the S pen, but my oneplus 13 makes up for that in other areas and has seen an insane amount of abuse while looking brand new still.

    Was told at a distance of 15 feet, they wouldn't be able to help me with my 3d printer. "I would need specifics" he said. I said " I think I over tightened a concentric bolt"." I don't know if we can help you, we don't do repairs". Thanks Geek Squad.
