New customer service started in late December, took my daughters phone in because it was having a problem with all app and I couldn't factory reset... I told this to the manager Kaush and he acted like I was crazy... He assured me he could factory reset it and I told him to do so, after trying for about 10 minutes he asked me where I purchased the phone... I started taking and he cut me off... "none I'd my stores sell this phone" if he'd just let me finish I was saying I purchased it from the cricket store ONLINE... He threw my phone and told me he couldn't help me... I asked the other guy there if he could help but he was more concerned with it being closing time and didn't even try... Worse experience ever... Both those employees need to be fired and never work in customer service again... Side note, after going home and Googling it I reset the phone myself by pushing 2 buttons... 165 minutes of my day I'll never get back...
