I placed an online order, used their app at the pickup area of the counter. They scanned the barcode inside the app, verified a few details, employee went to get my item, and I was out the door on my way home. Very easy experience!

my husband and I stopped in here with our two sons who were shopping for a Nintendo Switch and some accessories. they were able to find everything they were shopping for. The store seemed a little under stocked on some things but the store itself seemed clean. the employees were friendly enough.

Came into the store to upgrade my phone. Did everything wrong so to not get my upgrade offer. They lied to me twice stating it’s fixed and that I need to just return the phone. Verizon gave me set instructions for them to follow so I can get the promotion.
Basically Best Buy told me wrong info and if I did what they said I would have lost out on my offer deadline and would have to pay full price when I should have got my $1100 promotion incentive. Shame on you Bestbuy. Do better. If I could give negative stars I most certainly would.

Best buy is a good option if you don't want to go to NFM for a television, but we waited 20 minutes for them to find the TV they sold us on only for them to tell us they did not actually have one in stock.
