    CUSTOMER SERVICE is a 0/5! This location should remover their customer service sign as it doesn’t exist. Attempted to exchange a TV that stopped working 5 weeks after purchase. Not only did they refuse to assist the cashier was outright rude. He told me it was fine that I was dissatisfied. Never offered to help, print my receipt or ask for a manager to help me. This is how a company fails. Disregarding their customers and treating them as disposable. DO NOT shop here! Go down the road to NFM

    Customer service is SADLY lacking at their store the skinny curly haired guy at the front gave us attitude and when we told him we drove from Des moines to get it he said "yea" in a so what manner. When someone spends OVER $800 you should treat them with a little respect! WORST Best buy experience EVER

    Terrible communication on a social order item. Waited a week and a half for an item. Missed the original date by a week and never reached out with updates about it. Day of the original delivery wasn’t notified until end of day, when it was apparent it wouldn’t be close. Zero offers of compensation, just if I want to cancel the order or wait.

    It's fine, it's a Best Buy. It's not terribly organized, but I presume that's on purpose. Hubs are in two different spots, adapters are in two different spots, SSDs are in two different spots, NVMe housings are by the SATA SSDs, that sorta thing. It's purposely designed this way but I'm not sure why. I'm not saying it was messy, just a... Bizarre layout. The staff was super helpful, although, for how much stuff they have locked up they don't really have enough.

    If I could’ve given a zero, I would!! 1-Star Review Extremely disappointing experience. My girlfriend has a Best Buy credit card and has spent well over $20,000 over the years here. She bought a gift 20 days ago and went in for a simple even exchange — not asking for money back, just a different option. She was denied because of the 14-day policy. Fine, policies exist. But the solution offered by Adam at the Dodge street location Omaha NE? Buy a $50 membership, do the exchange, then cancel it tomorrow to get the $50 back. So instead of helping a long-time loyal customer with a reasonable request, the “fix” was to jump through loopholes? That’s not service — that’s nonsense. A courtesy exchange would’ve built loyalty. Instead, this lost it. Best Buy won’t see another dime from her, from me, or from anyone we tell about this experience.
