- KKKH2 days ago1.0Brought in some things for recycling, which they are required to take. Was told that they didn’t take Christmas lights so I put them in the trash on my way out. Employee chased me down in the parking lot to yell at me for using a PUBLIC trash can to dispose of the lights because “Best Buy gets charged by environmental groups for not recycling Christmas lights” as if that was my problem. Wound up taking them with me and putting in the trash at home but employee was incredibly disrespectful and aggressive. tried calling to speak to a manager but got the complete run around by the AI prompt that hung up on me 3 times. I have a best buy credit card and have spent a significant amount there in the past but you completely lost a customer today.

We ran into a sales representative and explained what we were looking for and what we would be using the device for. He got right to work explaining what would work best for us and offering alternative options that offered same experience at cheaper prices no pushy up sell tactics and rude attitude like the previous location. Due to this we also decided to purchase a few other items we had been holding off on. Great customer service

However, the store did not have any really interesting items, but it was okay. Overall, it was a pleasant shopping experience, and I’d definitely return in the future.

Today 12-19-25 was supposed to delivered, they cancelled again, gave me a date for 12-24. At this point cancel my order, they can’t cancel because it’s in route. I’m so vexed I can cry, worst customer service ever, and the customer service it’s awful, they lie and hang up. I’ve been nothing but patient.
