    Went to this location after a non favorable experience at there Dodge st location. We ran into a sales representative and explained what we were looking for and what we would be using the device for. He got right to work explaining what would work best for us and offering alternative options that offered same experience at cheaper prices no pushy up sell tactics and rude attitude like the previous location. Due to this we also decided to purchase a few other items we had been holding off on. Great customer service

    I wanted a budget friendly 4k tv for a console , the manager their was very helpful and I went in with a Samsung in mind but this LG is the bees knees

    We visited this store around Christmas to purchase a monitor. The store was spotless, and the staff was incredibly friendly. However, the store did not have any really interesting items, but it was okay. Overall, it was a pleasant shopping experience, and I’d definitely return in the future.

    This store is ridiculous, They want to charge me $7 to replace a screen protector that I bought there. This is the first time something like this has happened to me. The worst part is they have 10 employees doing nothing, but they can't help me unless I pay them. Seriously, I will never go to this store again.

    Customer service I give a O, this place sucks, I ordered a TV 2 weeks ago, and it’s still have not been delivered, they have reschedule me 5x . Today 12-19-25 was supposed to delivered, they cancelled again, gave me a date for 12-24. At this point cancel my order, they can’t cancel because it’s in route. I’m so vexed I can cry, worst customer service ever, and the customer service it’s awful, they lie and hang up. I’ve been nothing but patient.
