- APAdan PalominoDec 28, 20251.0went in for a quality issue with my new apple device got quoted for a new screen ... replaced the whole back housing ended up leaving dust in my camera had to point it out to apple employee got quoted new camera replacement had to speak to an advisor for them to clean it got home to notice dust remaining apple won't issue me a replacement until they deem its unfixable they repaired everything at this point could've just replaced it at this point I have apple care and everything got there at 10 am left at 4pm all they did was give me a free screen protector for the extra time would not recommend this store better off going through a provider or a non apple repair store talked to apple support no one can issue me a replacement device.

When I asked about help was informed had to check all people in first. Help finally arrived at ipad desk helping someone who had entered well after me. Sent one person to try and help three customers at once. Bought what I think I wanted, but this was a terrible experience. Buy Apple products somewhere else!!!

Came in to get my headphones serviced and the wait is insane. I dont have an apple account as I don't use apple anything other than my beats headphones. I can take my Samsung almost anywhere and get help with it.
