It was great, I went in to purchase a new TV and they helped me chose the perfect one! I couldn't be happier with what I got. Even though they were busy at the time they made sure to help and make the experience an enjoyable one. They even helped me load my new TV and sound bar into my jeep. Definitely would recommend going to this store.

Geek squad is an absolute joke. Took my computer in to get repaired. They told me it was repaired. When it was not. The problem was the c p u cooler. They said it was unplugged, they plugged it back in and it passed all of its tests. Hi, I obviously had to bring it back in because this was not the case. They left me a voicemail saying that they got the exact same readouts, as they did last time in the c p u cooler appears to be dead. But this can't be true, because the report they gave me last time said it was fixed. The first time they also removed a fan and didn't put it back in. But the biggest issue is both times they put it through stress, testing for like, eighteen hours. That's thirty six hours of stratch, on a c p u with no cooler. So for thirty six hours when you do the math.According to intel's.... Intel uses a proprietary reliability model known as Electromigration (EM) and Time-Dependent Dielectric Breakdown (TDDB) equations, often based on the Arrhenius Law, to calculate the acceleration factor of CPU degradation. Blah blah blah so basically according to their calculations.I lost 3-5 years of life out of my c p u. Zay zendhold me that that's how testing works and that that's my problem. They also told me that they showed me that the product worked after I picked it up, which is not true.Nobody showed me my computer working. That's why, when I went home. And plugged it in, and it was overtemp.I was like, damn it.Now I gotta go back to the store. Everybody there gaslit me and was full of attitude. All i'm asking for is my stuff.Back a refund and maybe some compensation. As I did nothing wrong other than choosing to go to best buy in the first place. There's a computer repair place across the street. From this best, buy that has actual test benches. And it is in fact, cheaper and is small.Family owned.I should have gone there in the first place instead of wasting time and money on a mega corporation. That obviously hates me at every level.

I came into the store less than 2 weeks ago and I purchased a screen protector for $25 and I purchased the $8 installation. I was told that I have a lifetime replacement and installation warranty. I’m here today less than 2 weeks to get a screen protector replacement because it cracked on the side. They will not put the screen protector on without another fee. They lied. The manager Austin could have just fixed the problem by understanding the customer’s concern, but instead he was more concerned with making $8. Terrible customer service.
