Terrible experience with an arrogant employee who felt the need to tell us that their tables cost $4500 and we were standing there blocking the way to the cable drawer. We were just waiting to get our daughters phone unlocked but we were in their way.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The employees who work here are the most arrogant people I have ever come across in sales. I know “Apple” people can be that way but didn’t expect people who work there to treat customers so poorly for absolutely no reason.

Making an appointment for the Genius Bar does nothing for you. Drove across town one day after work to be checked in and told to sit at the back of a store. Waited there for 45 minutes with no updates to get told that there are no screens for my iPhone. Not sure why you have to wait 45 minutes to find that out, I would’ve been just fine leaving then and coming back instead of sitting around waiting for nothing. I was told we took care of all of the prep work at least so when I get a text that screens are in stock I can just bring it in and leave it and it’ll get fixed. Next day I get the text so I go in after work again. Instead of just dropping it off I get checked in and told to wait in the same spot. For another 45 min. To THEN be told that it is an overnight wait for the actual repair. Once again, why can’t I find that info out when I talk to the first rep? This is the worst process I think I’ve seen when it comes to customer service. It’s just unnecessarily bad. How can a high tech company have such a slow and inefficient process for taking care of customers? What is the point in making an appointment? I get it wasn’t THAT much time, but it’s frustrating because all it would take is some communication and it literally wouldn’t be an issue. Reviews do nothing anyways, it won’t change anything, if you read this far I wish you the best of luck🫡

I am from out of town and came in because my phone stopped working. I tried to explain to the customer service guy what was going on and he had the nerve to cut me off and say he needs to get me in to see a technology specialist. Wouldn’t even let me finish what I was trying to say. Extremely rude and incompetent. Better to just call apple customer service and have them help you.

I had a really frustrating experience at the Apple Store. I went in to purchase a Mac which should have been a straightforward transaction. Instead, I ended up spending two hours in the store and still left without the product I came for. To be fair, the first two associates I spoke with were polite and genuinely tried to help. They seemed to be doing their best to figure out the issue and were respectful throughout the process. Unfortunately, when they brought in a third employee to assist, the experience took a turn for the worse. He came across as very condescending, and instead of working toward a solution, it felt like he was more interested in explaining why the problem couldn’t be fixed. What made the situation worse overall was that it didn’t seem like anyone there actually knew how to resolve the issue. I was passed between employees and kept getting vague explanations, but no real solutions. Rather than taking ownership of the problem, it felt like the store kept blaming the system, policies, or something else entirely. For a multi-billion dollar company that prides itself on customer experience, I expected much better. After two hours of waiting and trying to get help, walking out empty-handed was incredibly disappointing. The lack of accountability and effective problem-solving turned what should have been a quick purchase into a major hassle.
