We left the store called Verizon customer support where they got us set up right away with the phone the way we needed it and then went to pick up the new phone where we were told they would set up the phone we were picking up with the old number and have everything switched over. So we went back in picked up the phone and they once again told us they could not help with the set up of the phone or the phone number. Seems like this store on Dewey Street is full of people who are not qualified or just don't care about their jobs. We had to leave and go to the next town over to get the service we needed. What a waste of space money and time. Horrible customer service.
