- LLLAA1 day ago3.0Service is below average to average. Confusing and conflicting policies as always. Couldn’t finish online purchases as the payment screen had tech issues so I had spend precious time to come into the store. There is a better than average middle aged guy working here which is a breath of fresh air. Can’t speak highly of anyone else though. They really need to clean up the trash in their landscaping all the way around their building.

She answered all my questions and helped me file an insurance claim for the device. I came back the next day with the replacement device I was sent and Felicia helped me get it all set up. She was incredibly friendly and helped me through all my technical troubles. She also kept me company the whole time and answered every silly question I had. Absolutely amazing service by her!
