Its Friday and tech left at 5pm when the appointment schedule for 720pm. Bad customer service!

I live NINETY miles away currently, am just looking at receipt from 10/15 (which I should have done at the STORE), got charged TWICE for one (SSD) item and literally CAN'T get hold of LINCOLN location after the completely-irrelevant 20 trillion AI prompts ("explain why, using proper pronouns and in hushed tones, why you're calling, rinse, repeat"...start screaming) - and then to complete the Fun Pointless Call(s) 100% The Fault Of WORSTBUY am constantly transferred to Mumbai, who state repeatedly as a 'solution' (after I explain patiently REPEATEDLY this isn't feasible) to DRIVE physically to the store and resolve it, spending $50 in gas. My standards are rock-bottom for general customer "service" anymore but BestBuy is Below And Beneath. Maddening and OFFENSIVE.
