  They got to be the dumbest people I have ever seen. Came in to buy a dryer and flat screen total came to around $500 for the dryer. Now we pay $200.00 a year for a membership so we get free delivery and so on, first they say delivery 2 week's out next they tell me I'm out of there delivery aera so it's going to be $109 delivery charge bye the time they got done now we are looking at about $700.00 plus the flat-screen. Oh and let's not forget I'm out $200 for something that doesn't work because I'm to far from Lincoln or Omaha to get free delivery, so I nicely told the store manager after our discussion to stick his dryer and flat-screen and went to lowes paid $678 for a $1200 dryer and then to Walmart paid $166,00 for a 58" flat-screen and saved $300.00 for the exact same flat-screen I was get at best buys and the reason I say dumbest is all they had to do was honor there free delivery and I wouldn't of left.

  In here like once a week lol so I'm starting to know a lot of the workers here. I do enjoy the genuine conversations and their ability to be relatable and still professional. Couldn't say more great things about the employees.

  We ordered a chest freezer for our garage on Nov 17th to be delivered to our home on Dec 6th. We were told the delivery window would be between 7AM-7PM. Day of, we waited all day because the time kept getting pushed back and we needed to be here when it got delivered. At one point it said it was estimated for 9pm and then they cancelled it all together without notifying us (we had to call and be on hold for 40 minutes before finding this out). We rescheduled the delivery for Dec 13th and after 2 phone calls (both being put on hold for another 45 minutes) we were told it was being cancelled again and that we would have to reschedule it yet again. Apparently it was never received from the warehouse but nobody was notified so we had to wait all day and waste two Saturdays for no reason. I’m not normally one to leave bad reviews but this is ridiculous to me. At the very least, a phone call explaining it or a text saying it wasn’t delivered from the warehouse would have been great but we got nothing. We won’t be ordering anything for delivery from them again. UPDATE: We went into the store and they told us they had 3 in the back when customer service told us there were none in the warehouse and we’d have to wait 4 more days before we could pick up. The people in store were helpful and apologetic. Save yourself the time and don’t buy anything from here unless it’s in store
