Every single time I have gone in to this location I have had issues. Should be simple it’s a screen replacement under warranty. Now I’m told to do it through screen protector company not bestbuy. Now I’m paying shipping when I shouldn’t have to pay for anything. I will never go to bestbuy again for anything. This was the 3rd time having issues with this.

Today I went to Best Buy in Lincoln, NE on 70th & O to get a printer. There, I was greeted by a sales associate named Noah. I swear he was the most knowledgeable and patient guy that I ever met. He waited for me to contact my son-in-law to see if the printer that Noah suggested was suitable for my needs and I asked my son-in-law if he would come to my home and set it up. This was all in the middle of my transaction! It seemed like 20 min. After the go ahead from my son-in-law, we finished the purchase. Noah carried the printer out to my car. Noah was so helpful and kind. With employees like Noah, Best Buy is THE place to go. Give Noah a raise!
