  We bought a Washer, dryer and dishwasher. They called us to schedule delivery. We set up a time and the day before they canceled. Said they hadn’t received the items yet. Schedule us out two weeks just to get a phone call a night before saying that they didn’t have enough delivery guys to deliver. We tried to cancel the order. They told us they’d give us a token of appreciation credit however to schedule during the week so we did. Removed all the doors for the third time just for them not to show up after taking time off from work. Called to cancel the order AI said that was impossible and the people that we Tried to talk to you didn’t communicate well enough that we understood them. This purchase was nearly 2 months ago. In fact, we just made our second payment and still no appliances.

  Needed a computer. I told the person who first started with us that I was for sure going to buy one. That person left and another one helped us. Do you work off commision?

  I have been paying for a membership since 2020. Today, I came in to claim a warranty on my headphones because they aren't working; however, I was told that they needed to run a diagnostic test through Apple—which they did—only to be told that the headphones are fine? Yet I am the one who actually uses them, and I know they are defective; I feel electric shocks in my ears accompanied by an unbearable noise—and they tell me everything is fine? I am deeply disappointed with this membership fee, which seems to serve absolutely no purpose. This is the very first time I have ever tried to utilize the warranty, and I’m being turned away? Oh God, this is unfair. It’s a complete lie.

  I bought a 75" tv on 7/5/2024 with a 24 month warranty. Today 3/2/2026 the right side of the TV is dark so I called Best Buy to repair it. They told me my warranty is not good anymore because 3 months ago we decided not to renew the expensive Best Buy membership. They proceed to tell my my warranty that I paid for at the time of purchase is not valid and they will not repair my tv. I have spent tens of thousands of $ there and will never spend another dime in their store.

  Absolutely wonderful customer service. We went to a pokemon kids event today and they were thrilled to have the kids come in and have fun. The employees are just great people who care! Give them a raise.
