We went into a Verizon store to clear our cell phones from viruses and the salesman told us that our internet was outdated. To find out when we were returning the old internet boxes that they were both the same and we didn't need an upgrade. To make a long story short, I called Verizon and they did a full refund on both internet boxes. All I had to do is return the boxes to an authorized Verizon store. I hope that salesman is taking care of for treating the customer's improperly. However, great customer service Verizon! (*611) You definitely have a satisfied customer.

After calling the “special team” I was given specific instructions to call a number from inside Verizon store as the number requires a Verizon employee ID number. The employee insisted on doing things “his way” and it failed. When I asked if maybe one of the employees in the store could simply follow the direction of the “special team”, the employee said he felt threatened, told me to leave, and said he had a button to push to alert the police. No voices were raised, no threats were made. I guess in 2021 anyone can use “I feel unsafe” and simply get what they want and curb responsibility. It’s a joke. I’m sure there are employees at this store who are problem solvers but I didn’t have the opportunity to interact with them.
