- JJJillNov 13, 20255.0Today, Verizon finally took care of an issue that I've had since October. We went into a Verizon store to clear our cell phones from viruses and the salesman told us that our internet was outdated. To find out when we were returning the old internet boxes that they were both the same and we didn't need an upgrade. To make a long story short, I called Verizon and they did a full refund on both internet boxes. All I had to do is return the boxes to an authorized Verizon store. I hope that salesman is taking care of for treating the customer's improperly. However, great customer service Verizon! (*611) You definitely have a satisfied customer.
