    The owners &/or management should reconsider having one employee working on busy Sundays during the holiday season. I went into the store this afternoon trying to get a new phone, but ended up waiting an hour before I left because there were also other people who had a lengthy wait before me and it looked like it would likely be another hour before I could be helped. While I was in the store, two other people came in and left because of the wait and there were two upset customers, including one who did not want to wait. The gentleman working said he wanted to quit and wished he could find another job in front of several of us customers who were waiting. He also told us the manager couldn't find anybody else to work on Sundays so he was the only one who would. He said there are other employees working during the week. Management isn't doing anybody any favors by having customers wait this long to be serviced and it isn't doing their employees any favors by making it this stressful for them. I hope down the road, additional staffing can be provided on Sundays at this location.
